Target Data
Target Data is the payroll run results from the new payroll system. This data will need to be imported after each test run of the new payroll system.
The parallel run process is an iterative process and the new payroll system will need to be re-run until the comparison results are an acceptable match to the old Source Data.
The Quick Pay Checker validates the element mapping information against the Target Data before proceeding.
The tool includes helpful hints and tips and automatically identifies any missing elements or balances from the mapping table that may be included in the Target Data.
When all the Target Data mappings have been resolved, the data comparison process can be activated.
